This link is exclusively for customers purchasing jewellery featured in the jekira Facebook livestream. It is not intended for general purchases outside the livestream.

Please confirm your jewellery item number with us during the livestream, then select the matching number (1–50) before completing your purchase. If you are unsure which number to choose, please ask us in the livestream before ordering.

Items 1–30: £40 each. Items 31–40: £50 each. Items 41–45: £60 each. Items 46–50: £80 each. Only one piece is available per item number.

Dispatch & delivery

We will pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 days after the livestream ends. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 days after dispatch. During peak seasons, delivery may take an additional 2–3 days.

Unconfirmed, irregular or non-livestream orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Livestream session & item confirmation

Before ordering, confirm with us in the live chat that this link and your selected item number belong to the livestream you are currently watching. Do not use an item number from an earlier livestream or replay without checking with us first.

Please confirm the material, measurements and any applicable ring size or necklace length with us during the livestream before purchasing. If buying more than one item, add each confirmed item number separately to your basket and double-check all selected numbers before payment.

Returns & refunds

Due to the special nature of livestream items, we do not accept returns or refunds for these orders, except where required by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Livestream schedule & purchase confirmation

Follow our Facebook channel for upcoming livestream dates and times. Please confirm your selected item with the host in the live chat before purchasing, and save a screenshot of the confirmation for your records.
